About Me

Since my teenage years, I’ve felt a deep connection to yoga. After graduating, I completed a one-year diploma in Yoga and Naturopathy to expand my knowledge of yoga philosophy, asanas, and pranayama. Once I began teaching, I recognized the need to support individuals with limitations that prevented them from practicing all postures. This realization inspired me to pursue an intensive 1000+ hour Yoga Therapy course in Toronto. With this advanced training, I now design personalized, therapeutic programs tailored to address specific health needs, helping clients experience significant improvements in their physical and mental well-being.

My extensive training and continuous pursuit of knowledge allow me to craft personalized, holistic programs that address the unique needs of each client. I’m dedicated to creating a safe, supportive space where individuals experience lasting improvements in both physical and mental well-being. The positive outcomes my clients achieve reflect the effectiveness of my approach, underscoring my devotion to their health and healing journey.

As a yoga therapist, my strong listening skills plays a vital role in building a deep connection with my clients. By attentively listening to their needs, concerns, and goals, I am able to build trust and they become more open to the therapeutic process, allowing me to tailor programs that truly resonate with and benefit them.
