About Me

I am a survivor of a motor vehicle accident, I have been through the whole process which I know first-hand can be very overwhelming. My motor vehicle accident led me on a path of recovery, where yoga was one of the most beneficial therapies that I participated in.

I have multiple years of professional experience working with individuals in a trauma-care setting. I recognize that every individual and their experience is different. I create a therapy program based on their specific needs, considering their physical, emotional, and mental state. Each therapy plan may need adjustments based on the clients' need and we work together to ensure that the plan is well executed, that results are achieved and that progress on their road to recovery.

What helps me build a strong connection with my clients is empathy, listening, trust, creation of an open space to explore and question what they wish to work through.
