About Me

From a young age, I was fascinated by the way people carry their stories—how experiences shape who we are and how healing unfolds when we finally feel seen. Becoming a therapist felt like a natural extension of my deep curiosity and compassion for others. I was especially drawn to trauma-informed approaches like Internal Family Systems and Polyvagal Theory, which invite both the body and mind into the process of healing. My work is guided by the belief that therapy should feel like a safe, collaborative journey—a space where clients can breathe, reflect, and slowly return home to themselves.

Clients often tell me our sessions feel like a deep exhale—a place where they can finally be themselves without judgment or pressure to “have it all together.” I bring warmth, curiosity, and gentle humour into the therapy space, creating an atmosphere that feels both safe and human. My style is collaborative and intuitive, blending evidence-based approaches like CBT, DBT, and IFS with creativity and mindfulness to help clients reconnect with their inner balance. I love weaving conversation, reflection, and a touch of playfulness to make healing feel natural and empowering. What truly sets me apart is my ability to meet clients exactly where they are, helping them rediscover their voice, their calm, and their sense of self—one compassionate moment at a time.
